The legal notices serve to protect Deutsch-Fit as a language school.

It is important to establish your own terms and conditions and comply with legal requirements. In particular, for a language school offering exam preparation, the information must include details about the courses, prices, contract terms, cancellation procedures, and rights of withdrawal. To ensure that the legal information complies with the law, we have it reviewed by an experienced lawyer.

(1) The online courses and learning programs offered can be purchased as a one-off purchase or as a subscription, depending on the product description.

(2) One-time purchase:
For courses with a one-time payment, the user receives access for the period specified in the product description after full payment. There is no automatic renewal.

(3) Subscription:
For subscription models, the stated price is billed at regular intervals (monthly). The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless cancelled in due time.

(4) Cancellation of subscriptions:
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time up to one day before the next billing date. Cancellation is done via the user account. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

(5) Payment default:
In the event of failed or missing payment, access may be temporarily blocked until payment is received.

(6) Price information:
All prices are final prices and are displayed before the purchase is completed.

(7) Price changes for subscriptions:
The provider reserves the right to adjust prices for future billing periods. Users will be informed of this in a timely manner and will be given a special right of termination.

(8) Promotional prices and discounts:
Discount promotions are only valid for the specified period and do not entitle the holder to a permanent price reduction upon renewal.
